STRATEGIC SALES OR PARTNERSHIPS *REMOTE*
Position Summary:
Play’n Sports is seeking dynamic and experienced sales representatives for both Sales and Partnerships. These candidates will be responsible in driving growth through sales to college and high school coaches, showcase companies and indoor facilities.. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a paid position with the potential for a bonus based on performance.
Strategic Sales
Key Responsibilities Sales:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with college and high school coaches, showcase companies, and sports camp companies
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities through effective outreach and networking
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development
- Providing regular updates and reports to the leadership team on the progress and success of sales efforts
- Conducting presentations and demos to potential customers to showcase Play’n Sports’ products and services
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports or coaching industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Loves sports and helping others succeed
- Baseball or softball background is a plus
- Knowledge around sports camps
Compensation:
- This is a paid position (Commission Only)
- Will have the ability to work remotely with the leadership team

Director of Partnerships
Key Responsibilities Partnerships:
- Identifying and securing new partnerships and collaborations that align with Play’n Sports mission and vision
- Networking and building relationships with key industry players in the industry
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for the company
- Collaborating with execs within Play’n Sports to ensure successful execution of partnership and sales initiatives
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development
- Providing regular updates and reports to the leadership team on the progress and success of partnership and sales efforts
- Identifying and analyzing new sales opportunities and markets to expand Play’n Sports reach
- Building and managing a sales pipeline to track and report on progress and success
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnerships and sales development within a similar industry or company
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Results-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
- This is a paid contractor position (Commission Based Only)
- Duration is negotiable, but initial contract period of 1 year is preferable
- Will be working closely with the leadership team and will have the ability to work remotely.
