If you’re having trouble signing in to your account, try resetting your password (it’s easy—head to the reset password page).
If you can’t find login info, there’s a chance you may have to contact Play’n Sports help desk. If you contact our help desk we might ask you for more information for security purposes.

Merging my accounts together
Don’t worry, it happens all the time. We can help you but unfortunately there is no way to merge or move information from one account to the other. Contact us and we can help you delete one.
My username isn’t working
You might be signed into two devices at the same time.
Managing your account
Once you’re logged in, go to the map or list view to start saving upcoming camps and events. Your account info isn’t public and we have no plans in spamming you! We’d rather use social media to market anyways!
Edit your account settings
Get details on where to find and update settings and profile info.
Add players to my account
You can add and delete players at anytime in your dashboard. There is no limit on how many players you can add. In your dashboard click the plus button to add a player or the trash can icon to delete them. If you’re having trouble, you might need to update your current browser.
Refund request
Requesting a refund is easy. Go into your dashboard, click tickets/registrations and then click “request refund.” If you can’t locate the refund button, contact us here.
